Transportation Process

At Al-Wadood Academy, we understand the importance of safe and reliable transportation for our students. While we are in the process of finalizing our transportation arrangements, we want to provide you with an overview of our current and future plans to ensure a smooth and secure travel experience for your child.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Schedule

Morning Drop-Off: Parents and guardians are responsible for dropping off their children at the designated school entrance between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Staff members will be present to assist with a safe and orderly arrival process.
Afternoon Pick-Up: Pick-up time is between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. Parents and guardians are asked to park in the designated area and proceed to the school entrance to collect their children. Staff members will be available to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal.

Private Bussing Program

We are excited to announce that we are working towards implementing a private bussing program to better serve our students and families. This program will provide:

Door-to-Door Service: Safe and convenient pick-up and drop-off at your home or a nearby location.
Designated Bus Routes: Efficient routes designed to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrival and departure.
Qualified Drivers: Trained and certified drivers who prioritize student safety and adhere to all transportation regulations.

Collaboration with School District

In addition to our private bussing program, we are collaborating with the local school district to provide assistance in times of need. This partnership will ensure that transportation issues are addressed promptly and that students have access to reliable transportation options when necessary.

Emergency Transportation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or transportation disruptions, the school district may provide temporary transportation solutions to ensure that students can still attend school without interruption.
Supplemental Support: The school district may also offer supplemental support during high-demand periods or for special events, ensuring that all transportation needs are met.

The safety of our students is our top priority. Whether utilizing our private bussing program or the pick-up and drop-off arrangements, we are committed to maintaining high safety standards, including:

Regular Vehicle Inspections: Ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety requirements.
Supervised Boarding: Staff members will assist and supervise students during boarding and disembarking to ensure their safety.
